Privacy policy

Last updated 9 September 2026

Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with anybody for marketing. Not to a data broker, not to another business, not to an affiliate. It is used to provide the service you requested and maintain consent and opt-out records.

Who this covers

Trentin D Colson, operating as Trentin Colson in Murray, Kentucky. This policy covers this website, and it covers the messaging and phone systems operated on behalf of client businesses.

What is collected, and why

If you contact me about hiring me: your name, phone number, email, and whatever you tell me about your business. Used to reply to you and to do the work.

If you are a customer of a business that uses one of these systems:

If a business enables call recording or transcription, its call greeting must disclose that processing before it begins. The exact call features and disclosures depend on that business’s setup.

What is not collected

Who your information is shared with

Only these, and only to make the thing you asked for happen:

Each client business is kept separate. One business cannot see another business's contacts, conversations, or opt-outs.

Nothing is sold. There is no advertising business here.

Text messages

Full detail is in the SMS terms. The short version: you only get messages if you pressed 1 on a call or ticked a box on a form, every message says "Reply STOP to opt out". Opt-out confirmations and carrier-managed messages may use different wording.

How long it is kept

Conversation records are kept while the business is a client, so they have a record of what was said to their customers. Opt-out records are kept permanently, on purpose — deleting one would mean somebody who asked not to be contacted could be contacted again.
